This camping chair has a very unique design and clever mechanism for folding up. It folds up very compact, making it great for travel.
It is height adjustable with two height settings, so whether you're tall or short this chair can be right for you. There is a button on the bottom of the chair for adjusting height. The same button is used when closing up the chair.
The chair is made with breathable material on the back area so you won't have to worry too much about back sweat.
The side of the chair includes a storage pouch and some loops for hanging things.
When closed up, there is a strap to keep the chair closed up, and a nice little bag with a backpack strap.
Rating
4/5
Though I have few complaints about this chair, I still can't quite give it a perfect rating. But a 4/5 is still good! This chair was honestly better than I was expecting.
I was pleasantly surprised by how comfortable it was to lay back in. It moves with you so you can twist and turn and lean and rock as you please without tipping over. I found it has a very stable base.
It is the perfect chair for camping, fishing, and going to the beach. It's easy to travel with because it hardly takes up any space in the car.
The company advertises that it can be set up in 6 seconds. It's pretty dang close! Closer to 12 seconds. Setting it up is almost fun, with the satisfying clicks it makes when you extend the legs.
If I have to criticize it, I suppose I would say it's advertised as a good backpacking chair, when in reality I find it to be a bit too heavy for backpacking. It may be a decent size for a backpack, but I don't know if you'd want to add that much weight. But then again, maybe 4.85 pounds is more to me than someone else.
The only other complaints I have is that you have to be really careful not to pinch your fingers. When closing it up it is easy to pinch your fingers as the legs and base fold up.
My last minor complaint is that it's not the best chair for leaning forward in. It's perfect for laying back and relaxing, but because of it's design, it isn't very comfortable to lean forward in.
